BACK DOOR GOVERNMENT
Has anyone noticed how this government has opened a back door to privatize the N H S ???
I am a disabled person and so is my wife.We have recently received letters from a company called ATOS who want to assess us for benefits.This company is wrong as we have the N H S and it is N H S who should be doing this assessment not some private government advisers.
Any way that's my rant for today.

The Need For Traffic
Hello my friends, i just thought i would do something a bit different today.
I have had a bad few weeks with pain in the lower back.this is the first day i have woken up
without pain.
Does anyone know what i am talking about when i say traffic? i am talking about the traffic you need
to your websites blogs e.t.c. How do we get traffic? There are many different ways to get traffic
This blog is about exchanges, most exchanges allow you to put in your links,and then surf till your
hearts content,just remember to promote the exchanges you use.
You also need at some point to either buy credits,or at least apply them to your links.Most traffic exchanges are free to join and you will find some in this note.
